In- Person Workshops Birthing the Wise Woman For Our Times: With Christine Dennis and Kim North
A Conscious Menopause Journey is A time also known as “The Change” because everything changes.
During this 4 evening workshop we will explore what this journey is, what it means and offers, should we choose to engage deeply. We will explore the consciousness of some key hormones, the 5 different stages of this journey and how one can get stuck in one or more phases of this journey. Because even though the monthly bleeding time has stopped, it does not mean that we are “through” the journey. One can get stuck in “the Pause” phase for years or even decades! So this journey is open to anyone.
We will discuss how to navigate the path, as well as where and how to anchor ourselves through the storm across turbulent waters. We will make medicines and sip tea. However, forewarned, this workshop is not for the faint of heart. It requires a courageous heart. Oh!! And be prepared for some bawdy conversations….! 🙂
This workshop will be co-facilitated by Christine Dennis and Kim North. Kim will be facilitating the medicine-making portion as well as hosting the workshop.
